Frequency tuning refers to adjusting vibrational frequencies. By utilizing high-frequency energy resonance a physics term describing a physical system vibrating at greater amplitudes at specific frequencies the overall frequency is adjusted to a high-frequency state.

Dr. David R. Hawkins spent over 30 years researching the map of consciousness energy. High-frequency energy states encompass initiative, courage, wisdom, universal love, joy, enlightenment, and harmony with nature. Entering high frequencies effectively connects with nature's vast life energy to regulate personal frequency and elevate mind-body-spirit wellness.
