(A) In-Person Pickup Service
* Customers must present the confirmation email and original deposit slip for in-person pickup.
Sheung Wan MTR (Exit A)
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
All in-person pickups must be paid in full prior to meeting.
Upon receiving goods, customers must verify quantity and inspect products on the spot. If quantity or product style does not match, please raise it immediately on-site; otherwise, no disputes will be accepted afterwards.
(B) SF Express Pay-on-Delivery (Local) - Shipping paid upon delivery, free shipping on orders over $550
Our staff will contact you upon receiving your order and make relevant arrangements according to product weight.
After payment, customers can notify us via email or WhatsApp with proof of payment (copy of deposit slip attached). We will verify and arrange SF Express pay-on-delivery; shipping fee is subject to SF Express calculation. All mailed items will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
(C) Overseas Shipping

Exchange / Returns

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds are offered.

If the goods you receive are damaged or expired, please call/WhatsApp +852-9079–9668 within three days of receipt to arrange for an exchange/return. Orders received after this period will not be accepted.

Exchanges or returns must be processed with an email confirmation. Each item is limited to one exchange or return. Our company reserves the right to accept or reject returns upon inspection.
