How to Use
1. Acne Care: Add 5 drops to 1 cup water, soak cotton pad, apply to acne areas for visible improvement.
2. Hair Care: Add a few drops to shampoo (Organic Bio Protection Shampoo Code # 41090). Highly effective for oily scalp to normalize sebum production.
3. Bath: Add 5 drops to warm bath, soak 15 min to relieve fatigue.
4. Room Diffuser: Add a few drops to diffuser to restore vitality.
5. Respiratory Relief: Add 3 drops to boiling water, inhale steam under towel for 3 min, pause 2 min; repeat 4-5 times twice daily.
Cough & Phlegm: In addition to steam inhalation, mix 2 drops with 1 tbsp carrier oil (Organic Sesame Oil Code # 88040) and massage chest.
6. Rheumatism Relief: Mix 5 drops thyme + 5 drops rosemary in carrier oil, massage affected area, apply warm compress.
7. Sore Throat: Add 1 drop to water, gargle thoroughly.
8. Athlete's Foot: Add a few drops to warm foot bath to boost circulation and eliminate odor.
