Terms & Conditions
 
 
Documentation Requirement: Please present all required documents and identification upon agreement execution to complete the Hydrogen Inhaler rental process.
 
 
Rental Duration & Early Return: The rental term is strictly governed by the signed agreement. Rental fees are non-refundable in the event of early device return.
 
 
Rent-to-Own Credit Option: If you choose to purchase the device prior to or upon expiration of the rental period, both the paid rental fee and security deposit will be fully credited toward the purchase price. Rental fees are non-refundable if the purchase option is not exercised.
 
 
Deductions for Loss or Breach: Under special or unfulfilled circumstances, the company reserves the right to deduct from the rental fee and security deposit to offset losses without prior notice.
 
 
Full Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be fully refunded via check upon the return of the device in pristine, fully functional condition.
 
 
Agreement Modifications: Any requested alterations must be discussed with the company prior to the end of the rental term to avoid potential financial loss.
 
 
Loss & Damage Policy: Lost or damaged equipment and accessories must be compensated at full retail replacement value.
 
 
Final Discretion: The company reserves the right of final decision and interpretation regarding all program terms.一個月租金 $2,800， 氫呼吸機按金$36,000

 
1)租用時請帶齊所有文件，以完成氫呼吸機租用手續。
2) 租期以簽約時為準, 如提早退回氫呼吸機，租金將不會退還。
3) 如租期結束前/時決定購買, 租金及按金可作購買機價之用。如不購買者, 租金將不會退還。
4) 如有任何特殊情況, 本公司有權扣除租金及按金以抵償損失, 無需作另行通知。
5) 如完好地退還氫氣機，按金將以支票形式全數退回給租機者。
6) 如有任何更改, 客人應於租期完結前聯絡本公司相討, 以免因而損失。
7) 遺失或損壞需照價賠償。
8) 本公司保留最終決定權。
